TBRI® Caregiver Overview
6 hours
Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) is a trauma care model that addresses attachment, sensory and behavioral needs of children who have experienced traumatic childhood experiences. In this six hour overview, you will be introduced to the principles of TBRI® and the impact that childhood trauma has on a child’s brain and body.
TBRI® In-Depth Training
18 hours total (3 modules, 6 hours each)
This training is designed for individuals who have already completed the TBRI® Caregiver Overview. It offers an in-depth exploration of the three core principles of TBRI®: Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting. Building on the foundational knowledge from the overview, these sessions will help you deepen your understanding and provide practical strategies for applying these principles effectively.
Making Sense of Your Past Worth
8 sessions, 2 hours each
This class is an 8-session series designed for anyone seeking to heal from past experiences, build secure identity, and grow in self-worth. Whether offered in a group or one-on-one setting, this program creates a safe, supportive space to explore how early messages and life events have shaped the way we see ourselves. As participants walk through this series, they are gently guided to recognize the limiting beliefs they may carry—such as “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t matter”—and begin replacing them with truth, compassion, and hope. As healing takes root, the focus shifts to building a life grounded in dignity, confidence, and lasting transformation.
This class is offered in both individual and group formats.

This class is open to all caregivers and is offered in both group and individual formats.
